CIG 686 - Educators as Change Agents in Schools

Foundations of policy, advocacy, and equity within various systems and structures through case studies. Build leadership capacity and roles of teacher leaders as change agents at the school/building/community as well as state and national levels. Examines goal setting and decision making to improve educational systems.
