IPSM 711 - Marketing College Sport Credits 3
A study of the conceptual and empirical approaches higher education sport leaders can utilize for building relationships with stakeholders. Topics include commercialization, market forces versus public interest, responsible innovation, strategic marketing plan development, corporate sponsorships in intercollegiate athletics, marketing ethics, as well as application of market research in the college sport contexts.
Prerequisites Graduate standing.
