ME 650 - Physical Metallurgy Credits 3
Physical metallurgy of the common engineering alloys, including carbon, low alloy and stainless steel, cast irons, copper-, nickel- and aluminum‑based alloys. Relationship between composition, structure, properties, and thermal-mechanical history emphasized. Crosslisted with ME 454. Credit at the 600-level requires additional work.
