NUTR 798 - Supervised Practice: Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics

Develops skills required to screen and assess individual patients, interpret laboratory values, develop and implement appropriate care plans, complete appropriate diet instructions, and document all assessment and plan information in correct medical chart format.
