FIN 708 - Advance Corporate Finance

Studies major decision-making areas of managerial finance and some financial theory topics. Emphasis on the application of the theory and practice of business asset management, financing choice, capital structure, cost of capital, and dividend policy. Current topics, such as corporate acquisitions, restructuring, and underwriting covered as appropriate. Crosslisted with FINQ 708.
Prerequisites
MBA 765 , or admission into the MSQF Program, or approval of the Director of MSQF Program.
