Identifying, examining and managing legal liabilities commonly encountered within the hospitality industry. Critical analysis of employment, personal injuries, contracts, negligence, and property legal issues within hospitality operations.

Prerequisites: Hospitality Management major, Analytical Thinking Requirement, Minimum of a C grade in HMD 200 , and HMD 205 .
