Problem-solving methods and algorithm development in a high-level programming language. Program design, coding, debugging, and documentation using techniques of good programming style. Program development in a powerful operating environment.

Prerequisites:   or    or MATH 181   or higher, OR SAT math score of 650 or higher OR ACT math score of 28 or higher OR ALEKS math score of 76 or higher.    or   must be completed with a grade of C or better. The maximum number of attempts for this course is 3, including earned grades, withdrawals, and audits.
