CEM 270 - Construction Engineering Mechanics
Basic principles of engineering mechanics for constructors. Vectors, static analysis, stress, strain, Mohr’s circle, beams, columns and trusses are covered. Computer applications.
Credits: 3 Prerequisites: MATH 181 and (PHYS 151A & PHYS 151L or PHYS 180 & PHYS 180L ); All prerequisites must be completed with a grade of C or better. The maximum number of attempts for this course is three, including earned grades, withdrawals, and audits.
