COM 303 - Rhetoric and Ecology This course examines the relationship between rhetorics and environments, asking how our linguistic practices (speeches, policies, programs) intersect with our physical landscapes (neighborhoods, cities, regions). Students will gain an understanding of the ways human symbolic habits affect the planet, and vice versa, by critically exploring our “global ecological crisis.”
