MATH 432 - Mathematics for Engineers and Scientists II Topics include complex functions, analytic functions, Cauchy-Riemann equations, conformal mappings, linear fractional transformations, complex integration, Cauchy’s integral theorem and formula, power series, Laurent series, and calculus of residues.
Credits: 3 Prerequisites: C or better in MATH 283 Notes: Duplicate credit cannot be earned in MATH 432 and MATH 459 . MATH 432 cannot count as credit towards a degree in the Department of Mathematical Science, or as part of a sequence.
