PEX 146 - Self-Defense This class focuses on the practical application of self-defense. Students will be introduced to punches and kicks along with learning instinctive movements to rise awareness of defending themselves and to function clearly in a potentially threatening situation. Students will work on coordination, balance, agility, strength and endurance throughout the semester.
Credits 1 May be repeated to a maximum of 3 credits.
