PEX 169B - Yoga Intermediate This course provides an environment for continued practice for students who have progressed beyond introductory yoga and want to learn more breathing techniques, new postures and series with increasing challenges. Enhance your ability to concentrate while focusing on breath to go deeper into the processes of your mind and spirit.
Credits 1 May be repeated for a maximum of three credits.
