PEX 169C - Low Back Care Through Gentle Yoga Introduces simple yoga routines using an appropriate mix of moves to increase flexibility, strength, balance and endurance to ease back discomfort and stress. Combining breathing techniques with gentle postures will help eliminate knots, lengthen and release tight muscles. Throughout the semester you will enhance your ability to concentrate and relax.
Credits 1 May be repeated for a maximum of 3 credits.
