ME 416 - Introduction to Biomechanical Engineering Fundamental engineering principles in several engineering areas to problems in the biological world. Discussion includes biomechanics of solids, biofluid and transport phenomena, biomaterials, cell and tissue engineering, medical imaging and electrophoresis.
Credits 3 Prerequisites , and and Engineering Major. All prerequisite courses must be completed with a grade of C or better. Notes This course is crosslisted with ME 616. Credit at the 600-level requires additional work.
