HMD 102 - Introduction to Hotel Management
Organization and operation of the hospitality industry. Must be taken in lieu of during the first semester for students enrolled in a second baccalaureate program or for students holding junior-senior status as a result of transfer.

Prerequisites Junior standing. Not open to students with HMD 101 credit or equivalent.
