EPS 744 - Citizenship and Public Policy
Credits 3
Examines the meaning of democracy and explores various proposals for strengthening the life of active citizenship. Balances academic and theoretical concerns with strategic and empowering ones. Students develop a working concept of democratic citizenship and a plan for integrating this concept into real-world policymaking.
