EPS 738 - Organizational Ethics

Focuses on the moral culture of the organization, its practices, reward and punishment systems, rituals, and languages. Examines differences between organizations supportive of or punitive of employees’ intellectual integrity and moral autonomy. Organization as a moral habitat, functional or dysfunctional; problems of exit, voice, and loyalty.
Prerequisites
Graduate standing or consent of instructor.
