EDU 202 - Introduction to Secondary Education

Engages pre-service teacher candidates in self-assessment, examination of personal and practical models of teaching, and experiences related to complexities of contemporary secondary school. Current issues and multicultural, social, and psychological foundations emphasized. Requires 25 hours of guided observation and non-teaching tasks under supervision of an experienced teacher.
