University General Education Requirements - Multicultural and International Requirements

A minimum of six (6) credits, to be composed of a three-credit multicultural course requirement and a three-credit international course requirement that may simultaneously fulfill other general education requirements. A single course may not simultaneously meet both the multicultural and international requirements. To identify approved courses satisfying these requirements, consult the Faculty Senate General Education Committee web page at https://www.unlv.edu/facultysenate/committees/gen-ed.  Any 3-credit course completed during a UNLV Office of International Programs-approved study abroad experience can be used to fulfill the international requirement.
